Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and optimize business systems and operational processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support GTM platforms, including HubSpot and other CRM, marketing automation, project management, and data enrichment tools.
- Support system integrations, data flows, and process automation across the GTM technology stack.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring business reviews that consolidate cross-functional data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Conduct business and operational analysis to identify trends, uncover inefficiencies, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare executive-level deliverables, including business performance reviews, management reporting, and Board presentations.
- Use AI for project execution, workflow automation, data analysis, and daily operations.
- Provide support for data, reporting, systems, and operational requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate repetitive work, and strengthen data quality across GTM operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve project execution, analysis, automation, and productivity.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and practical understanding of business operations, data, and cross-functional workflows.
- Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to connect analysis to broader business objectives.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, unstructured environments and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Resourceful, action-oriented approach with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new systems, tools, and business processes quickly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
