Responsibilities
- Advise and implement full-stack solutions using Retool.
- Help system integration partners deliver high-quality customer services and scale product impact.
- Develop new professional services offerings based on customer and market needs.
- Assist with scoping, estimating, and selling professional services engagements.
- Advise customers on complex internal tools, teams, and use cases.
- Support partner enablement and certification.
- Serve as a trusted customer advisor.
- Lead strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice and contribute to the professional services knowledge base.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and provide creative, prescriptive solutions.
- Identify and proactively manage risks through resolution.
- Manage customer expectations and negotiate complex solutions with customers and third-party partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Customer Engineer, or Deployed Engineer.
- Hands-on full-stack development experience, including SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and Python.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
- Strong technical communication skills across business and technical teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide real-time solutions during technical discussions.
- Comfort with open-ended problem-solving in unstructured environments.
