Build, maintain, and improve a major on-premises process mining application while helping customers migrate to a cloud platform. The role requires 1–3 years of software engineering experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, and distributed microservices.

Responsibilities
- Own the full on-premises product lifecycle, including investigation, implementation, building, and customer delivery.
- Support and maintain project stability and security.
- Update dependencies and implement new standards and protocols.
- Continuously improve software reliability.
- Support on-premises customers migrating to the cloud-based platform.
- Improve and automate development processes.
- Mentor and support teammates.
- Help define an inclusive engineering culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
- Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, scalability, and data consistency challenges.
- Strong programming, troubleshooting, and issue-resolution skills.
- Experience with microservices-based distributed systems.
- Understanding of complex data structures and algorithms in data management.
- Analytical mindset and curiosity about how systems work.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI-powered IDEs and code-generation tools.
- Experience managing Windows and Linux operating systems, including standard tools, commands, services, permissions, debugging, profiling, and application and system logs.
