Product Operations Intern

The Product Operations Intern will support customer implementations, operational tooling, knowledge management, reporting, requirements gathering, and feature QA. The role suits a proactive student or recent graduate interested in B2B SaaS, fintech compliance, customer success, and product operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer implementations and onboardings with Customer Success Managers, including environment setup, configuration, and go-live validation.
  • Build internal tooling to improve customer success and product operations by automating repetitive workflows and creating tracking systems.
  • Identify process gaps and design scalable fixes.
  • Own knowledge-base infrastructure, including coverage tracking, freshness standards, and documentation accuracy.
  • Build and maintain reporting and operational signals for account risk, adoption, SLA performance, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer pain points and feature requests into scoped requirements.
  • Support QA for feature releases by verifying functionality against customer-facing requirements.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Comfortable participating in customer calls and representing the team professionally.
  • Curious about B2B SaaS products and willing to learn across product, operations, and customer success.
  • Based in London with the right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Willing to work hybrid three days per week in the London office.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with anti-fraud, AML, compliance, or fintech concepts.
  • Prior internship or project experience in product, operations, or customer-facing work.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques for identifying trends and optimizing product operations.
  • Interest in AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation applied to compliance or risk.
