AI Transformation Owner, Product & Design
Own the AI transformation strategy for the Product & Design function by identifying high-impact workflow opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, driving adoption, and managing measurable outcomes. Build and operate AI agents with no-code and low-code tools while coordinating Champions and Enterprise AI partners.

Responsibilities
Strategy & Prioritization
- Own the function's AI strategy in alignment with the Executive Sponsor and business priorities.
- Map end-to-end workflows, identify constraints, and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
- Define success metrics, track outcomes, and manage intake of AI requests and pain points.
- Prioritize work against business outcomes and executive guidance.
Adoption & Change Management
- Reimagine workflows with Enterprise AI and drive adoption of AI solutions.
- Create feedback loops, office hours, onboarding, demos, and shared spaces to make AI visible and useful.
- Coordinate with Enterprise AI on cross-functional patterns, tools, and learnings.
- Recruit and coordinate a Champion network across sub-teams, including regular syncs and demos.
Hands-On Building & Agent Operations
- Build AI agents with no-code and low-code platforms such as Glean and Workato.
- Author and iterate on skills files that define agent behavior.
- Configure MCP servers and tools, partnering with AI Engineers on secure integrations.
- Own the function's agent fleet, track KPIs, run evaluations, and iterate based on usage and model or data changes.
- Replace or sunset agents when better approaches emerge.
Requirements

- Strategic prioritization skills and a focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Product management mindset, including intake, backlog management, iteration, and adoption.
- Strong communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience building peer networks or communities of practice, such as guilds, champion programs, or communities.
Hands-On & Technical
- Comfort building with AI tools, including working agents, skills, MCP server connections, and troubleshooting.
- Ability or willingness to learn no-code/low-code AI platforms, prompt engineering, and agent configuration.
- Conceptual understanding of AI capabilities including summarization, classification, generation, automation, and agentic workflows.
- Commitment to staying current with rapidly changing AI tools and models.
