Mid Market Account Executive - EMEA
The Mid-Market Account Executive will acquire new-logo SaaS customers across EMEA, owning prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and close. The role requires at least two years of full-cycle closing experience, strong English and French fluency, complex platform-technology sales expertise, and the ability to self-source most pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts (100–1,000 employees), from pipeline generation through closed-won.
- Focus on new-logo acquisition and competitive, platform-technology sales.
- Source more than 50% of your own pipeline through proactive, resourceful prospecting.
- Become a product and industry expert and deliver concise, tailored demonstrations.
- Guide prospects through evaluation and buying processes, engaging stakeholders and building consensus.
- Manage a dozen or more active opportunities concurrently and maintain real-time CRM updates.
- Travel at least 25% of the time for customer engagements and events.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle closing experience, including many opportunities exceeding $50,000 ACV.
- Experience selling complex platform technologies in a sales-led go-to-market motion.
- Demonstrated success as a new-business hunter and confidence self-sourcing more than 50% of pipeline.
- Experience selling across multiple EMEA regions.
- Strong written and verbal fluency in English and French.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to talent or HR personas.
- Prior business development or sales development representative experience.
