Software Implementation Consultant - Clinical

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal implementation liaison, documenting customer requirements and translating technical requirements into configuration setup, business processes, and goals.
• Lead business discovery and develop recommendations for delivery approaches that drive outcomes and customer value.
• Translate technical requirements and execute system configuration setup.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security requirements for customer databases.
• Assess and validate implementation plans and manage communication among project stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues with close attention to detail.
• Update and maintain training databases for product releases, enhancements, and leading practices.
• Identify configuration improvements to increase efficiency and enhance customer outcomes.
• Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through communication and collaboration.
• Anticipate, identify, and communicate issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays.
• Lead and support customer change-management strategies, including user readiness and acceptance plans.
• Test, pilot, and document new professional services offerings.
• Develop expertise in multiple product offerings, end-to-end solutions, and product value outcomes.
• Travel to customer sites to lead meetings and presentations when needed; travel may be up to 30%.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a business- or technology-related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Experience configuring or implementing software solutions, database testing, and end-user support preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to quality-validation processes.
• Consulting experience within a software organization, including workflow analysis and documenting and delivering recommendations for operational excellence.
• Experience working across multiple project teams while balancing milestones and objectives efficiently and on time.
• Ability to take accountability for projects, demonstrate initiative, and deliver results.
• Self-starter who can work independently, prioritize effectively, adapt priorities, and share client insights.
• Results-oriented, adaptable, and capable of problem-solving and critical thinking.
• 2–4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
• Healthcare market experience preferred.
