Responsibilities
- Lead AI agent builds from zero to one, driving execution, adoption, and business outcomes.
- Own a portfolio of customer implementations end to end, from understanding support workflows through configuration, testing, launch, and adoption.
- Design agent development strategies tailored to each customer’s goals and technical environment.
- Drive implementation plans, keep customers and internal teams aligned, and surface risks early.
- Partner with customer teams to understand workflows and goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into successful agent builds.
- Lead complex rollouts and align executive and operational stakeholders.
- Improve speed, quality, and consistency by identifying bottlenecks and introducing better systems, tooling, and automation.
- Help build a high-performing AI agent development team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, professional services, technical account management, or a similar customer-facing role at a software company.
- Experience leading complex software or AI deployments with measurable results.
- Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with executives and operators.
- Strong organization and comfort bringing structure to ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Low-ego, team-first approach.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Experience deploying conversational AI, chatbots, or contact center software.
- Active use of AI tools to improve individual and team effectiveness.
