Responsibilities
- Design and develop the global annual advertiser deal (JBP) program strategy, including principles, project plans, competitive intelligence, guardrails, market- and sector-specific benefits, and budget considerations.
- Own communications and messaging to cross-functional partners and the global sales organization.
- Establish recurring feedback mechanisms and translate feedback into insights and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into strategy, programs, and training.
- Develop JBP collateral and provide regular communications to leadership and the broader sales organization.
- Lead program launches and live training sessions.
- Partner with systems, accounting, and engineering teams to implement benefits and ensure operational dependencies work effectively.
- Lead internal performance updates, identify program gaps, and improve utilization of program benefits and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong proficiency in Pinterest products and solutions.
- Evaluate industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital technologies to improve program content and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify program needs and development opportunities.
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners to understand business needs and provide training and operational solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with demonstrated success in annual advertiser upfronts, deals, program management, sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support roles serving Enterprise and SMB customers.
- Digital media advertising industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity, interpret large and sometimes contradictory sets of information, and solve problems effectively.
- Strong organization, time management, emotional intelligence, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently, plan and prioritize multiple projects, and follow through on commitments.
- Understanding of sales and digital advertising platforms strongly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $132,298–$272,377 USD.
- Eligible for equity.
- Final compensation may depend on location, travel, relevant experience, skills, and expertise.
- This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
- The role requires in-office collaboration 1–2 times per month and must be within commuting distance of the New York or San Francisco office.
