Responsibilities
- Own product marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for Glean Intelligence, including model releases, Model Hub, evaluations, evaluation harnesses, and systems supporting high-quality AI experiences.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate architecture, technical tradeoffs, roadmap priorities, and customer value into positioning, messaging, launch plans, and customer narratives.
- Lead end-to-end launches for models and platform capabilities, including audience and release strategy, communications, technical documentation, field enablement, customer education, post-launch adoption, and repeatable launch processes.
- Define Glean’s perspective on model quality, evaluations, benchmarking, reliability, safety, observability, and enterprise AI deployment.
- Create technical content and customer stories demonstrating how teams can measure, improve, and trust AI applications and agents.
- Bring Model Hub to market by clarifying model choice, performance, cost, latency, and use-case fit.
- Monitor industry and competitive developments and represent Glean Intelligence as a technical spokesperson.
- Equip Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partners with context and proof points to drive adoption.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience or related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, liberal arts, or a related field.
- Significant experience in AI infrastructure, enterprise software, data platforms, or a related technical category.
- Deep understanding of modern AI systems, including LLMs, multimodal models, inference, context windows, RAG, embeddings, agents, model routing, evaluations, benchmarking, and enterprise data architectures.
- Technical credibility with Product, Engineering, Research, developers, and technical buyers.
- Exceptional technical storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to explain complex architectures, evaluation results, and product capabilities accurately and compellingly.
- Experience bringing complex technical products to market and influencing cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Communications, and Brand.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and work effectively amid ambiguity.

- Experience with AI models, model platforms, evaluation systems, agent frameworks, or developer tools.
- Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- MBA.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $224,000–$258,000 annually.
