Provides onsite and remote Level 1/2 IT support, manages office technology and device lifecycles, and assists with onboarding, offboarding, and access management. The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on support experience, macOS expertise, and in-office work five days per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for onsite employees and remote team members worldwide.
- Triage and resolve incoming tickets across hardware, software, and account-related issues.
- Maintain and support office technology, including A/V systems, conference rooms, printers, and network equipment.
- Manage asset inventory and oversee the full lifecycle of devices, from procurement through deployment and retirement.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, device setup, and access management.
- Contribute to IT projects, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience in fast-paced environments.

Compensation
- Hourly rate: $60–$70 per hour.
