About the role

What You'll Do

  • Rapidly prototype and ship AI-powered marketing workflows to sharpen personalization, targeting, and execution speed (e.g. LLM-generated ad variants, AI-driven segmentation, landing pages with Cursor, v0, or Lovable).
  • Build growth experiments on top of our own product: conversational video demos, AI humans in lifecycle campaigns, interactive experiences that demonstrate CVI capabilities.
  • Launch MVP growth experiments using tools like Retool, Zapier, n8n, Clay, Vercel, or custom scripts, independently from engineering.
  • Automate repetitive tasks: campaign QA, performance reporting, lead enrichment, and handoffs between GTM systems.
  • Connect APIs, webhooks, and LLMs into scalable marketing automation infrastructure.
  • Act as a multiplier by building tools, playbooks, and internal AI agents that accelerate the marketing and GTM team.
  • Collaborate closely with design, product, and data teams to refine and scale what works.

Requirements

  • Think like a growth marketer but ship like a hacker; prefer validating ideas in production over writing docs.
  • Genuine excitement about AI, APIs, and no-code tools; experience building agents, custom GPTs, Claude projects, or automation tooling that others use.
  • Comfortable with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay, Retool, Notion, Airtable, Python, JavaScript, or SQL; tool-agnostic and focused on shipping.
  • Biased toward immediate action and rapid experimentation.
  • Strong product instincts and a good eye for design.
  • Clear communication, ownership of outcomes, and proactive problem-solving.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in a growth role at a developer-first or API-first company, B2B SaaS, or AI startup.
  • Familiarity with GTM systems like HubSpot, Segment, Amplitude.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data (cleaning, transforming, wiring into marketing workflows).
  • Built something with the Tavus API (or do so before the interview).
