- AI-native engineering mindset, with hands-on experience using AI tools and sound judgment about correctness, security, and architectural ownership.
- Strong security and systems judgment, especially involving authorization, identity, data movement, audit logs, or policy enforcement.
- Product sense for enterprise software, with a focus on customer-visible impact and operational simplicity.
- Clear communication with engineering and non-engineering stakeholders, including navigating trade-offs across security, usability, and speed.
