Drives net-new enterprise sales for ClickHouse Cloud across Texas, managing pipeline, technical solution selling, contracts, forecasting, and executive relationships. Requires 4–6+ years of experience, cloud and infrastructure software expertise, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
- Drive net-new logo acquisition across enterprise accounts in Texas.
- Identify and nurture opportunities, build pipeline, and close short-term Cloud monthly contracts and annual committed-spend arrangements.
- Articulate and evangelize the company and product vision and positioning.
- Use a solution-based approach to create customer value.
- Promote innovation around ClickHouse Cloud.
- Track customer use cases, decision criteria, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
- Accurately forecast business monthly.
- Contribute to regional user and developer communities through affinity meetups and ClickHouse-specific meetups.
- Manage dedicated teams, virtual teams, resources, and executive staff around sales opportunities.
- Align ClickHouse Cloud solutions with customer business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Work cross-functionally in a fast-moving, distributed organization.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience; experience with open-source software business models is preferred.
- Proficiency in cloud and infrastructure software.
- Recent experience working with GenAI or AI-native companies.
- Passion for building long-term customer relationships.
- Strong business acumen and technology focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
