Responsibilities
Operating Cadence & Rhythm of Business
- Drive the weekly business rhythm by owning KPI reviews, leading revenue and pipeline meetings, and coordinating strategic initiative updates across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Lead ongoing business-performance reporting for GTM leadership and daily operations.
- Run quarterly business reviews end to end, including template design, data preparation, facilitation, and action-item follow-through.
- Build and maintain the GTM operating calendar for planning cycles, reviews, and cross-functional check-ins.
- Translate company-level initiatives into segment-level execution plans and drive cross-functional alignment.
Analytics & Executive Reporting
- Build and maintain an executive revenue dashboard providing visibility into Sales, Marketing, and overall GTM performance against plan.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the go-to-market model across Sales and Marketing, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, conversion, and rep productivity.
- Analyze marketing effectiveness, including channel performance, campaign ROI, and MQL-to-close conversion across segments.
- Model scenarios, size opportunities, quantify tradeoffs, and provide analytical support for growth initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Data, and GTM Engineering to maintain clean data and trustworthy reporting infrastructure.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Prepare data-backed materials, analyses, and summaries to support GTM leadership decisions.
- Build strong working relationships with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and GTM Engineering.
- Mentor junior RevOps team members in analytical methods, business acumen, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Planning, or a related function, including significant experience in a high-growth scale-up environment.
- Strong analytical background with experience drawing insights from large datasets and translating them into actionable strategies.
- Expert Salesforce fluency.
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Looker, Excel, and executive presentation software.
- Excellent communication and project-management skills, including leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting recommendations to senior executives.
- Operationally focused, process-oriented, and data-driven, with experience building metrics-driven environments and holding teams accountable to outcomes.
- Strategic thinker who can connect annual planning with weekly pipeline performance.
- Self-directed, highly organized, and able to own workstreams end to end.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth environment with shifting priorities and rapid execution.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $144,500–$178,500 USD.
- Some roles may be eligible for commission or bonus incentives.
