Responsibilities
- Define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use cases, aligning Immersive Labs’ technical and business value proposition.
- Deliver solution demonstrations and manage proofs of concept for C-level executives, cybersecurity professionals, and business stakeholders.
- Act as a security advisor throughout the technical sales cycle.
- Build cyber skills programs, facilitate crisis simulations, and measure organizational risk.
- Partner with strategic customers to achieve business objectives, cybersecurity initiatives, and desired outcomes.
- Establish strategies and roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience.
- Deliver routine Executive Business Reviews and provide executive-level reports and insights.
- Recommend improvements to existing cybersecurity programs and suggest new programs.
- Drive adoption and maximize value from the Immersive One platform.
- Stay informed about evolving cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
- Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer.
- Support customers in operationalizing Immersive One through platform metrics, custom reports, and insights.
- Serve as an escalation point and primary liaison among sales, product leadership, and client accounts.
- Support the Customer Success Manager with Executive Business Reviews and account-health insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in information security practice or solution consulting, including pre-sales experience.
- Extensive client-facing experience consulting and presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Strong IT fundamentals covering computer hardware and software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
- Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance requirements, and standards.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and without jargon.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, security tools, public cloud environments, and related technologies.
- Experience leading technical presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice-to-haves
- Customer Success experience.
- CISSP or another relevant industry qualification.
