Senior Account Executive, Strategic Pod
Owns strategic enterprise sales across the UK and EMEA, closing complex, multi-year SaaS partnerships with insurers. The role requires a proven record in enterprise quotas, structured sales processes, senior-stakeholder engagement, and long, high-value deal cycles.

Responsibilities
- Own and execute a strategic territory plan across the UK and EMEA, building and closing a pipeline of high-value opportunities with enterprise insurers in named accounts.
- Consistently deliver and exceed enterprise revenue targets by closing seven-figure, multi-year partnerships and driving long-term strategic relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite, actuarial, underwriting, and technology leaders.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first conversation through close and handover.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams across pre-sales, product, professional services, and leadership.
- Represent the company in industry events, executive forums, and ongoing account engagements.
Requirements
- Experience selling B2B SaaS in complex enterprise environments, ideally to regulated, technical, or analytical buyers such as financial services or insurance.
- Proven record of meeting enterprise quotas and closing multi-year, high-value new-business deals.
- Experience driving expansion within strategic accounts.
- Experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger.
- Credibility with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, actuarial, underwriting, and technology leaders.
- Experience managing long, high-touch, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Territory ownership, pipeline management, forecasting, and planning experience.
- Salesforce experience.
