Responsibilities
- Visit customer sites and meet analysts to understand critical questions and identify pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets through engagement with customer problems and workflows.
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable, extensible pipelines.
- Build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
- Lead training sessions to support user adoption and operational impact.
- Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross-company product offerings.
- Build and deliver demos for new and existing customers.
- Scope potential engagements in new industries and expanding locations.
Requirements
- Ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
- Adaptive and introspective, with willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
- Ability to travel 25–75%; requirements vary by location and team.
- Fluent business Japanese and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
