Responsibilities
- Own high-impact, 0-to-1 operational initiatives end-to-end, including investigating complex problems, developing work plans, defining strategy, and driving execution.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable processes across Sales, Operations, Data Analytics, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Analyze raw business data to identify patterns and translate findings into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
- Evaluate trade-offs between strategic goals and technical or financial constraints.
- Communicate progress, manage executive alignment, and guide teams through process changes.
- Anticipate technical bottlenecks and keep teams aligned and moving forward.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business operations or a highly strategic cross-functional operations role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfort using SQL to query databases, join tables, and extract insights.
- Bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in business operations or strategic program management in a high-growth technology environment.
- Experience driving organizational change management alongside system or process rollouts.
- Strong systems thinking, analytical judgment, intellectual curiosity, decisiveness, collaboration, and growth mindset.
Compensation
- Annual pay range: $81,000–$180,000 USD.
- Starting pay may vary based on work location, skills and experience, market conditions, and internal parity.
- For roles with on-target earnings, the range includes base salary and target incentive compensation.
