About the role

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for engineering and AI roles, from pipeline to close.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain high hiring standards.
  • Get deep into the stack and product to assess candidate fit.
  • Source, engage, and close candidates directly.
  • Work with recruiter and eng leaders to improve interview loops and evaluation processes.
  • Ensure candidate touchpoints reflect company values: fast, thoughtful, respectful.

Requirements

  • 4+ years full-cycle recruiting with track record hiring engineers, ideally at startups or high-growth companies.
  • Ability to evaluate engineers across disciplines (backend, infra, AI/ML) and calibrate with leaders.
  • Strong sourcing skills to engage passive candidates.
  • Experience improving interview processes and evaluation frameworks.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities.
  • Clear, sharp communicator in writing, calls, and debriefs.
