Strategic Partner Manager, EU

Own and grow Gigs’ strategic European fintech and technology partnerships, combining commercial growth, customer success, and business strategy. The role requires revenue ownership, financial modeling, product fluency, fintech experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Own commercial and operational performance across a portfolio of European partners, with net revenue retention (NRR) and compounding annual recurring revenue (ARR) as key metrics.
  • Build financial models for each partner, including pricing, unit economics, and growth scenarios, and present them to partner CxOs and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with partner Product teams on funnels, app placement, and product surfaces to improve growth.
  • Sell and manage multiple launches per partner each year, including new geographies, product lines, and promotions.
  • Coordinate Implementation, Partner Marketing, Legal, Support, and Connectivity teams to deliver launches.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partners’ businesses, use cases, and KPIs; anticipate needs, identify risks, and guide expansion into new markets.
  • Advocate internally for partner needs and externally for Gigs’ products and roadmap.
  • Build relationships with product managers, operations leads, CxOs, and founders.
  • Balance commercial ownership with customer success, adoption, value delivery, and retention.

Requirements

  • Experience carrying revenue targets, negotiating contracts, and tracking NRR, gross revenue retention (GRR), and ARR.
  • Ability to build and defend financial models, including before a CFO.
  • B2B2C experience managing large, complex customers serving millions of end users.
  • Product fluency, including understanding how funnels, app placement, and product decisions drive consumer conversion and growth.
  • Experience influencing a partner’s product direction to achieve growth outcomes.
  • Track record managing relationships across product, operations, finance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Fintech or financial services experience, including familiarity with regulatory complexity and integrations.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, executive communication, and influencing skills.
  • Builder mentality, agility, creativity, and comfort with ambiguity.

Nice-to-haves

  • Early consulting experience followed by a move into partnerships or commercial roles.
  • Experience in telecommunications, connectivity, or embedded finance.
  • AI-native working style and effective use of productivity tools.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Netherlands: €115,000–€130,000 basic salary.
  • United Kingdom: £100,000–£115,000 basic salary.
  • Final compensation depends on background, skills, and interview performance; scope and compensation may be adjusted for exceptional candidates.
