Content & Enablement Specialist
Own the self-service content engine for a developer-facing AI code review platform, including knowledge base articles, configuration guides, lifecycle emails, and performance measurement. The role requires 3+ years of technical writing or developer enablement experience, docs-as-code proficiency, and data-driven content prioritization.

Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the self-service knowledge base backlog using support ticket volume, search queries, and engagement data.
- Write and maintain setup guides, configuration walkthroughs, feature-adoption content, and lifecycle email sequences.
- Create launch content for automated campaign cycles, including onboarding, save, and win-back tracks.
- Measure content performance through campaign click-through, ticket deflection, product adoption, and control-group comparisons.
- Maintain a docs-as-code workflow using Markdown, Git, and review cycles.
- Retire stale or underperforming content and ensure documentation remains easy for contributors to maintain.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical writing or developer enablement experience for a developer-facing product.
- Ability to read configuration files, run setup flows, and create guides from hands-on experience.
- Experience working with Markdown, Git, and documentation review workflows.
- Ability to prioritize content using support tickets, search queries, and click behavior.
- Ability to measure content performance and improve or retire underperforming content.
Nice to Have
- Experience writing for code review, CI/CD, or developer tooling audiences.
- Lifecycle email experience with a marketing automation platform.
- Familiarity with AI tooling and examples of using it in similar work.
- Short-form video or interactive tutorial production experience.
Compensation
- On-target earnings: $130K.
- Actual salary is based on job-related skills, experience, and location.
