Responsibilities
Strategic Practice Leadership
- Create and execute short-term (0–6 month) and mid-term (1–2 year) strategic plans for multiple services verticals.
- Represent the sub-region in QBRs and strategic management forums.
- Maintain accountability for the Services resource forecast, balancing cost, quality, and speed.
- Drive development of delivery assets and solutions for new products.
- Act as a sub-regional sponsor for global programs.
Delivery Excellence and Value Realization
- Serve as Services Project Sponsor, governing scope, schedule, and budget through ongoing health checks.
- Escalate and resolve critical project issues.
- Ensure implementations deliver rapid, measurable ROI for customers.
- Collaborate with Customer Organization teams to incorporate onboarding, training, and adoption plans into projects.
- Own customer health and engage stakeholders to mitigate risks and drive success initiatives.
Services Sales and Growth
- Own scoping and selling of Services deals, including complex and strategic engagements.
- Partner with Go-To-Market and Value Engineering teams to position appropriate service offerings.
- Identify portfolio expansion opportunities that increase customer value and platform adoption.
- Build strategic partner relationships to support co-delivery and scaling models.
People and Team Development
- Recruit, mentor, and develop diverse, high-performing teams.
- Provide career mentorship focused on consulting competencies, stakeholder management, and business acumen.
- Identify high-potential individual contributors and manage team performance.
- Ensure the right mix of skills and talent is available for customer needs.
- Foster an inclusive culture of feedback, resilience, and continuous growth.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or SaaS implementation, including relevant SaaS industry experience.
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing multiple verticals and high-performing teams.
- Experience recruiting, motivating, developing, and retaining talent.
- Experience creating and executing business plans over a 1–2 year horizon.
- Experience managing a P&L or services forecast.
- Strong experience leading services sales cycles, including scoping, pricing, and contract negotiation for complex software implementations.
- Deep understanding of professional services teams and software implementation methodologies, preferably in enterprise SaaS or related consulting industries.
- Ability to understand the Celonis Platform or similar Process Intelligence technologies well enough to lead technical consultants and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary in New York: $204,000–$240,000 USD.
- Total compensation may include base salary, bonus or commission, equity, and benefits.
