Responsibilities
- Build and grow the Trusted Agentic Development team by hiring and developing engineers.
- Establish direction for validating agent-built software in an ambiguous, early-stage problem space.
- Prioritize the highest-impact validation problems and shape the technical approach with the team.
- Drive adoption across engineering teams through influence and a useful platform rather than mandates.
- Measure engineer adoption and trust through real usage, using findings to prioritize improvements.
- Engage in architecture and design discussions, review proposals, and maintain technical judgment as agentic development evolves.
- Run the team with clear goals, direct feedback, performance management, and end-to-end ownership of complex work.
Requirements
- Direct experience using AI agents to build software, including understanding their successes, limitations, and failure modes.
- Experience leading engineering teams through ambiguous, early-stage technical problems.
- Ability to drive adoption across teams through influence and product value.
- Technical depth to contribute credibly to architecture and software validation strategy discussions.
- Track record of building accountable, high-performing teams, including hiring, development, and performance management.
- Strong written communication skills in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
- Alignment with collaboration, iteration, and transparency.
Compensation
- Poland base salary: 296,000 PLN – 444,000 PLN annually.
