Recruiter, Enterprise Sales
The Recruiter will manage full-lifecycle recruiting for enterprise sales roles, from sourcing and screening through negotiation and closing, while improving interview processes and candidate experience. The role requires 2–5 years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing and negotiation skills, autonomy, and urgency.

Responsibilities
- Find qualified talent for open roles through sourcing, job posts, referrals, and agencies.
- Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications match open roles.
- Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes.
- Ensure follow-up and closure for all interviewed candidates.
- Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates.
- Enhance the recruitment process by training interview teams.
- Use Greenhouse to track candidate progress through the funnel, resurface existing talent, and maintain clean reporting data.
- Ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience, regardless of outcome.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in-house or in a staffing agency environment.
- Strong sourcing ability and knowledge of where top talent can be found.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Exceptional value-proposition selling, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills.
- Ability to operate with urgency throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Ability to navigate changing processes successfully.
