About the job

Responsibilities

  • Own the quote-to-order-form workflow, ensuring accurate quotes, correct terms, and a clean path from verbal acceptance to signed and billed agreements.
  • Build and manage the deal approval and discount matrix, clarifying what Account Executives can self-serve and what requires approval.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for deal-structuring questions.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to maintain a clean, controlled order-to-cash process and prevent revenue leakage.
  • Support usage-based and consumption deals, including quoting and handoff to billing.
  • Identify and remove manual work through automation and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate deal records and support audit readiness.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in deal desk, order management, revenue operations, or quote-to-cash, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Strong knowledge of the full quote-to-cash cycle, including pricing, approvals, order forms, and billing handoff.
  • Experience building workflows, approval logic, controls, and documentation from scratch.
  • Sound judgment balancing deal speed with control and handling sensitive pricing and deal information.
  • Clear communication skills for working with Account Executives, Finance, Legal, and customers.
  • Proficiency with CRM and quoting tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with usage-based billing, multi-currency, or CPQ.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity.
  • Employee-friendly equity terms, including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows.
  • Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday.
  • Paid co-working space or desk.
  • Health coverage based on country requirements.
  • Five weeks of paid vacation plus local statutory holidays.
  • Four months of paid parental leave.
  • Paid month off after four years and every two years thereafter.
  • Regular team events and off-sites.
  • Remote-first work with no required commute.
