- Prioritize projects based on business impact and maintain high-quality implementation without unnecessary complexity.
- Switch effectively between frontend and backend work to accelerate delivery.
- Communicate technical trade-offs clearly and precisely with frontend and backend partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Experience delivering reliable, end-to-end products using a backend language such as Python or Go.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $152,000–$225,000 annually.
- Competitive salary, benefits, and equity.
- Office-based employees within 40 miles of a Rippling office are currently expected to work in the office at least three days per week.
