Responsibilities
- Plan and execute project milestones, identifying and mitigating risks and resolving issues to deliver high-quality work.
- Develop and enhance scalable, maintainable, and performant web application architecture.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to define system structure and core components.
- Develop backend application layers and data models using Python 3, GraphQL, and FastAPI.
- Build and maintain high-performance frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, plan projects, and deliver technical solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack software development experience with web application architecture and design patterns for complex enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with web development best practices and engineering/product tradeoffs.
- Proficiency in Python and experience building intuitive, responsive web interfaces.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud-based services.
- Strong first-principles problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $150,000–$200,000.
