Responsibilities
- Develop and ship well-structured features end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Solve moderately complex technical problems across frontend and backend systems.
- Build understanding of core system components and contribute to enhancements across services.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and improve engineering quality through pairing and feedback.
- Learn new technologies and become proficient in both TypeScript and Python.
- Understand customer needs and deliver features that improve user workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering scalable software products with SaaS architectures.
- Understanding of microservice architecture and RESTful services.
- Strong skills in TypeScript or Python, with willingness to learn both.
- Experience with React, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and Docker.
- Experience with event-driven systems or message queues.
- Experience designing relational schemas using PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently.
- Strong code review, mentoring, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent training experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with UV, Vite, Redis Cache, Postgres, Express, or Inversify.
- Awareness of AI/LLM concepts, Microsoft Office Add-in development, or clinical trials and regulated healthcare.

- Base salary range: $152,000–$179,000.
