What You'll Do
Drive execution on key initiatives, ensuring efficient and timely project delivery.
Tackle operational challenges to help Rillet meet company-wide goals.
Own and manage daily operations across HR, finance, and administrative functions.
Design, implement, and improve scalable processes to support organizational growth.
Take ownership of high-impact initiatives from day one, such as:
Preparing the investor report, identifying high-priority prospects, and setting up outbound sales sequences.
Selecting and onboarding new vendors.
Project managing the implementation of new CRM features with external consultants.
Who We're Looking For
3 - 5 years of experience in a Management Consulting firm, preferably from MBB or experience in a venture capital, private equity.
Previous Business Operations experience.
Highly organized, adaptable, and a natural problem-solver.
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.
Proven track record of taking initiative, navigating ambiguity, and delivering measurable results.
Action-oriented with a bias toward execution—you move quickly, take ownership, and aren’t afraid to pitch in beyond your core responsibilities.
Willingness to travel a few times yearly for team offsites, events, and gatherings.
