- Develop and run our product communications calendar, including feature newsletters, release announcements, customer webinars, in-product messaging, and educational campaigns.
- Create practice- and organization-level communications that demonstrate how Forus is reducing work, improving medication access, and supporting better patient outcomes.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success to identify underused capabilities, understand barriers to adoption, and build campaigns that drive deeper and broader usage.
- Develop a deep understanding of how different provider roles, specialties, and organizations experience Forus, and bring those insights into product positioning, roadmap discussions, and customer engagement.
- Measure product awareness, adoption, and engagement, using product data and customer feedback to understand what is resonating and continually improve our approach.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, product management, or a related role.

- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex products and workflows into simple, compelling language.
- Strong customer instincts and the ability to understand how different users and organizations perceive and realize value.
- Analytical judgment and comfort using product data, segmentation, experimentation, and customer feedback to guide decisions.
