What You'll Achieve
- Own the recruiting process from sourcing through close, ensuring the candidate experience is thoughtful and warm every step of the way
- Build strong and strategic partnerships with Engineering to ensure Notion is hiring the right talent at the right time to achieve our goals
- Develop and lead creative, multi-channel recruiting strategies that raise our talent bar while staying disciplined and intentional about diversity and inclusion
- Inspire candidates throughout all stages of the interview process
- Make informed, data-driven decisions that build efficiencies into the recruiting process
Skills You'll Need to Bring
- 7+ years of engineering recruiting experience, ideally with a blend of experience building zero-to-one and hiring at scale
- A track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional technical talent
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You value candidates’ and hiring managers’ time, and you are relentless about delivering a high-touch, high-quality recruiting experience
- A team multiplier who brings a Notion-first mentality and a positive attitude
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
