What We Look For

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or a highly technical strategy role—ideally within a fast-paced technology environment
  • AI-Native Mindset – Proactive builder who regularly uses LLMs, API integrations, and code (Python/SQL) to automate tasks, and orchestrate complex prompts
  • Data & Coding Fundamentals – Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar scripting languages) to extract, clean, and manipulate large data structures. Experience with BI tools and the Databricks platform is a plus
  • Process Automation Toolkit – Hands-on experience building automations or using workflow automation tools to connect disparate data systems
  • A strong bias for action
  • Thrives in ambiguity and a high-growth environment
