Sr Revenue Operations Analyst
Senior Revenue Operations Analyst supporting Sales leadership with data-driven insights, annual planning, territory design, compensation, and Salesforce/Gong/Omni reporting and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Support annual planning cycles by developing and maintaining segmentation models, territory designs & compensation plans
- Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales VPs by conducting regular business reviews, diagnosing pipeline generation & health opportunities, and recommending data-backed action plans
- Support and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong & Omni to surface key metrics, trends, and business insights
- Identify and drive improvements to CRM workflows, data quality, and Revenue tools to reduce friction and increase rep productivity
- Maintain the integrity of account, opportunity, and territory data in Salesforce, ensuring alignment with segmentation strategy and rules of engagement (ROEs)
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and People teams to support GTM planning initiatives and operationalize key decisions
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Revenue/Sales Operations, or a related analytical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building models and reports that drive business decisions — proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required
- Exceptionally detail-oriented
- Clear communicator who can translate complex data into crisp insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and can manage multiple priorities with strong follow-through
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and influence across functions and levels of the organization
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or tools like Omni, Gong, or similar RevOps platforms
Engineer 3, Business Systems
Design, build, and support Salesforce CPQ solutions for product modeling, pricing, quoting, approvals, and integrations with ERP/billing systems. Requires 6+ years Salesforce development experience and CPQ Specialist + Platform Developer certifications.
Sales Operations Specialist
Supports the full sales organization (SDRs, AEs, CAMs, SEs) by resolving issues, optimizing workflows, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Engineering. Requires 5+ years in sales ops, Salesforce, and billing experience.
Customer Success Operations - Contract
Contract role supporting end-to-end contracting and provider roster submission operations during peak season. Manage workflows in Ironclad and internal systems, partner with Legal/CS teams, and ensure deal accuracy and timely submissions.
Strategy & Execution AI Specialist
Design and deploy AI-assisted workflows to automate GTM planning processes including territory assignment, quota modeling, and headcount tracking. Requires 2-4 years in RevOps/SalesOps or technical strategy, strong Python/SQL skills, and an AI-native builder mindset.
Order Management Specialist (West Coast)
Order Management Specialist managing quote-to-cash processes, opportunity bookings, and Salesforce/Netsuite reconciliations as primary liaison to Field Sales. Requires SaaS industry experience and proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce.
