What You'll Do

Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison for the Field Sales team, providing support for questions related to opportunity booking and subscription management.

Opportunity Bookings and Documentation: Manage opportunity bookings, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Create and maintain Wiz Handbook documentation for streamlined processes. Resolve any booking errors promptly.

Collaboration and Process Efficiency: Partner with Deal Desk and Billing teams to efficiently and accurately process opportunities. Maintain customer deal information, ensuring alignment between Salesforce and Netsuite. Collaborate with Revenue and Commission Accounting teams to address questions related to bookings.

Reconciliations: Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations, ensuring a 1:1 relationship between Netsuite Invoice and SFDC Opportunity. Verify the accuracy of other bookings metrics.

Compliance and Rules: Demonstrate a basic understanding of ASC606, SOX, and Export Compliance.

What You'll Bring

Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with the Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry, with experience in Order Management, Finance Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Pricing preferred.

Collaborative Skills: Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with GTM Teams and other cross-functional departments.

Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of revenue recognition rules.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask and prioritize, especially during periods of high volume such as End of Month or End of Quarter. Ability to effectively manage distractions and adapt to changing priorities.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be transparent. Receptive of feedback.

Technical Proficiency: Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce. Basic knowledge and understanding of a CPQ tool.
