What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day strategic account management for a major Entertainment partner, driving measurable growth, partner health, and expansion across multiple Rokt products.
- Act as the quarterback across internal and external stakeholders, coordinating product, commercial, operational, and technical workstreams to ensure fast, precise execution.
- Lead account planning and execution through disciplined use of Mutual Action Plans, Joint Business Plans, QBRs, and ongoing executive engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including navigating high-pressure conversations with credibility, clarity, and commercial rigor.
- Use data, structured analysis, and AI-enabled tools to identify growth opportunities, improve program management, accelerate decision-making, and continuously optimize account outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client success, strategic account management, consulting, partnerships, or a related customer-facing commercial role in a fast-paced technology, ecommerce, media, ticketing, travel, payments, or adjacent environment.
- Strong technical and commercial acumen, with the ability to lead sophisticated product conversations, interpret data, partner cross-functionally with Product / Ops / Solutions / GTM, and translate complexity into clear client-facing recommendations.
- Exceptional organizational and program management skills, with a proven ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams, maintain high standards under pressure, and create better process and operating rhythm in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build trust with senior client stakeholders, influence cross-functional partners, and handle difficult or high-stakes conversations with composure.

Target total compensation ranges from $160,000 - $235,000, including a fixed annual salary of $115,000 - $143,000, a short term incentive plan (STIP), an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.
