Sr. GTM Marketing Manager
Senior GTM Marketing Manager building positioning, content, sales collateral, and AI-enabled workflows for complex public-sector identity infrastructure sales. Requires 5+ years in technical/government markets and hands-on AI + design tool fluency.
Responsibilities
- Define positioning, messaging, and narratives for complex public-sector and technical buyers
- Create sales collateral, account-specific briefing packages, and outreach materials
- Write and maintain web copy, landing pages, whitepapers, and technical explainers
- Produce video, explainer, and demo content
- Plan and execute event campaigns that generate real meetings
- Build AI-enabled marketing workflows and repeatable production systems
- Translate state account plans and customer intelligence into actionable GTM assets
- Collaborate directly with sales, delivery, and executive leadership on cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience marketing in infrastructure, government, fintech, identity, developer tools, enterprise software, or another complex technical market
- Portfolio of shipped GTM work across positioning, sales collateral, web copy, campaigns, content, events, technical explainers, and customer narratives
- Exceptionally strong writing and storytelling skills for technical, policy, or complex product concepts
- Hands-on fluency with Figma and Claude Code (or equivalent AI-enabled production tools)
- Comfort working directly with sales, product, delivery, and executive stakeholders
- High ownership, strong judgment, and ability to operate with limited structure
- Ability to take ambiguous problems, form a point of view, create the first useful version, and iterate
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building AI-enabled workflows from scratch that meaningfully change production processes
- Background in relationship-led, long-cycle, event-heavy sales environments
- Familiarity with public-sector or government technology sales cycles
