About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and build solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using Apex, LWC, and Flows
  • Collaborate directly with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to translate business problems into maintainable, production-grade solutions
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems using Celigo, REST/SOAP APIs, Java, or SuiteScript
  • Identify and implement AI-driven automations to reduce manual work and improve data quality
  • Support data flow and business logic between CRM and ERP systems
  • Collaborate with the data team on BigQuery and dbt to ensure accurate business logic in reporting
  • Audit and reduce technical debt; convert legacy code to declarative solutions where practical
  • Manage releases, version control (Git), and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of development experience in a Business Operations or Systems Engineering environment
  • Strong Salesforce skills: Apex, Lightning Web Components, and advanced Flows
  • Solid Java background (Apex experience expected)
  • Experience with middleware and API integrations (REST/SOAP); Celigo experience is a plus
  • Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams and understanding of sales organization operations
  • Clear, confident English communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Nice-to-Haves

  • NetSuite experience or strong motivation to learn quickly
  • JavaScript and/or SuiteScript experience
  • Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into business workflows
  • Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or dbt
  • Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer, or similar certifications
