Operationalize legal risk by guiding customers to data-driven playbooks and clause libraries.
Spearhead new service offering for AI-ready playbooks.
Scale AI-ready frameworks and develop "Ironclad Standard" best practices.
Bridge legal and technical intent with Legal Engineering team.
Advance customer maturity from manual to AI-augmented negotiation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams.
Drive partner and internal enablement through training and certification.
Advocate for legal user needs in product enhancements.
Position future AI value for customers.

Requirements

Educational Background: Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Commercial Expertise: 3–5+ years drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements).
Systems Thinking: Deconstruct complex legal rules into structured AI-interpretable logic.
Strategic Advisory: Experience facilitating workshops and translating risk tolerance to configurations.
Technical Curiosity: Interest in AI technology.
Communication & Influence: Manage legal-stakeholder conversations and translate to Product/Engineering.
Operational Rigor: Builder mindset for repeatable frameworks.
Guardrail Awareness: Provide benchmarks with integrity, avoiding legal advice.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $168,000 (San Francisco headquarters). Includes equity, health benefits, leave policies, stipends, mental health support, 401(k) match, and more.
