Core Responsibilities

Leadership & Growth: Hire, mentor, and develop a world-class team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the long-term product vision for advertising products; translate complex advertiser needs into a cohesive, high-impact roadmap.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate seamlessly with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Marketing to launch products that drive measurable advertiser success.

Execution: Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive the end-to-end execution of features within the product suite.

Communication: Craft compelling product narratives and present strategic updates to diverse stakeholders, including the executive leadership team.

Market Leadership: Stay at the forefront of ad tech evolution, identifying emerging opportunities to keep Reddit Ads ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Industry Expertise: 8+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within Ads Quality or building Advertiser-facing products.
  • Leadership: Proven track record as an experienced people manager with a focus on talent development.
  • Strategic Impact: A history of developing product visions that result in quantifiable business growth.
  • Analytical Rigor: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable product insights.
  • Influence: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to align cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Management Scale: Experience managing people managers and leading multi-layered organizations.
  • Technical Depth: A background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Advanced Tech: Experience leading Machine Learning product teams or shipping ML-driven features.
