Key Responsibilities

  • Expand Axion’s MedTech footprint by designing and executing a high-impact go-to-market strategy
  • Drive enterprise growth through new customer acquisition and deep relationship management
  • Lead a pod of Engagement and Solutions professionals, fostering performance, ownership, and cross-functional alignment
  • Serve as commercial owner for the MedTech vertical, accountable for revenue, delivery quality, and customer success
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities and deliver differentiated solutions
  • Represent Axion externally as a thought leader and trusted partner to senior MedTech executives

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in go-to-market, solutions, or commercial leadership within MedTech, life sciences, or healthcare technology
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver business outcomes across complex enterprise environments
  • Deep understanding of the medical device value chain—from design and manufacturing to quality and post-market surveillance
  • Strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented; thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments
