About the role

Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement:

    • Cultivate relationships with developers via online platforms.
    • Speak at conferences, panels, and meetups (in-person or remote).

  • Developer Advocacy:

    • Advocate for developer pain points in product teams.
    • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
    • Review documentation, SDKs, and product capabilities.
    • Provide developer feedback to shape products.

  • Content Strategy & Creation:

    • Develop content strategies for developer engagement.
    • Create blog posts, tutorials, videos, documentation, and code samples.
    • Translate complex technical concepts into accessible content.

Requirements

  • Technical background with hands-on experience.
  • Familiarity with identity standards a plus.
  • AI tooling and vibe coding experience.
  • Passion for developer content and communication.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in developer advocacy, technical content, or customer success.
  • Knowledge of OAuth, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, LDAP.
  • Understanding of app security (password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption, XSS, XSRF).
  • Experience building web, mobile, IoT apps with front/back-end tech.
