About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the client success plan, executive engagement, technical understanding of client’s data and martech strategies, and proactively manage competitive threats.
  • Be client obsessed: immerse in clients' world, change behaviors and processes for business impact, distinguish happy vs. successful clients.
  • Think big picture: understand client's definition of success, business challenges, map Cordial features to needs.
  • Act as Project Manager: create and deliver success plans, ensure Client Experience team (Solutions, Deliverability) achieves goals, own client cadence and program organization.
  • Problem solve strategic campaign challenges and technical solutions.
  • Drive renewals: own commercial relationship, forecasting, negotiation, contract execution.
  • Drive expansion: understand martech strategies, data, capitalize account for renewal, expansion, advocacy.
  • Partner with Channel Growth & Partnership team to align technology/service partners.
  • Participate in business development/discovery meetings, partner with sales, marketing, product teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in enterprise client management at a SaaS company, preferably email/digital marketing.
  • Technically wired: geek out on client data, optimize marketing campaigns, translate platform capabilities.
  • Relationship builder: build long-term relationships across client organization levels.
  • Self-starter: independent, organized, problem solver, detail-oriented.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills for business settings, technical/non-technical audiences.
  • Navigate organizations cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Sales), team player, strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management: manage multiple projects/clients.
  • Thrive in dynamic, autonomous startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $115,000 - $145,000 base salary (adjusted by experience/location).
