Customer Sales Engineer
Customer-facing technical expert supporting Account Managers on renewals and upsells. Partners on POCs, security assessments, and RFPs to drive expansion within existing customer base.
Serves as technical SME for GRC and Secureframe products during sales, advising prospects on compliance, scoping environments, and relaying feedback to product/engineering teams. Requires 4+ years in security consulting/sales with cloud and compliance expertise.

Build and enable a technical partner ecosystem as the primary architectural expert for VARs. Mentor partner SEs, lead enablement programs, and drive partner-led sales and professional services practices.
Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demos, and POVs to qualify and close enterprise opportunities. Requires 3+ years in Sales Engineering or DevOps and programming experience in Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.js, PHP, or .NET.
Serve as technical advisor in pre-sales, partnering with sales to deliver demos, PoVs, and customized solutions for an AI code review platform. Requires 5+ years customer-facing technical experience and cloud platform knowledge.
