Sales Operations Analyst
Analyzes revenue data, builds executive dashboards, supports forecasting and planning for GTM teams. Requires 5+ years in Sales/RevOps, expert Excel/SQL/BI skills, and SaaS metrics knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Analyze core metrics (pipeline health, bookings, retention/churn, product usage, ARR trends) to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers. Perform cohort, segmentation, and funnel analysis.
- Own creation and maintenance of executive-level dashboards (Salesforce, Looker/Tableau). Produce weekly business reviews, monthly KPI reports, and C-level/Board materials.
- Support bookings forecast, ensure CRM data integrity, maintain predictive models for capacity planning, rep productivity, territory performance, quota-setting.
- Partner with Sales Management, Marketing Ops, CS Ops, Product Ops to unify data sources/workflows (Salesforce, Pendo, Gainsight, Marketo, Snowflake). Ensure consistent data definitions and reporting standards.
- Provide data-driven insights for annual/quarterly GTM initiatives, quota-setting, territory modeling, headcount planning.
- Measure impact of processes/enablement programs, track KPIs, identify breakdowns, recommend operational changes.
- Respond to ad-hoc executive analysis requests on win rates, product performance, ASP, churn drivers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 5-7+ years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or Business Analytics.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (index/match, nested logic, pivot tables, scenario modeling).
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Python).
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, pipeline conversion rates).
- Ability to translate complex data into narratives and present to senior leadership.
- High attention to detail, comfort with large datasets, fast-paced execution.
- Ability to travel (10%).

- Prior experience supporting sales with complex, multi-product offerings.
- Familiarity with enterprise software or subscription models.
- Experience with advanced RevTech tools like Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, Pendo, Gainsight.
