Customer Sales Engineer
Customer-facing technical expert supporting Account Managers on renewals and upsells. Partners on POCs, security assessments, and RFPs to drive expansion within existing customer base.
Provides pre-sales technical support for SMB clients, leading demos, POCs, and integrations while collaborating cross-functionally to address customer needs and drive revenue. Requires prior technical experience and scripting in Python, JS, or Golang.

Build and enable a technical partner ecosystem as the primary architectural expert for VARs. Mentor partner SEs, lead enablement programs, and drive partner-led sales and professional services practices.
Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demos, and POVs to qualify and close enterprise opportunities. Requires 3+ years in Sales Engineering or DevOps and programming experience in Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.js, PHP, or .NET.
Serve as technical advisor in pre-sales, partnering with sales to deliver demos, PoVs, and customized solutions for an AI code review platform. Requires 5+ years customer-facing technical experience and cloud platform knowledge.
