Sales Development Representative
First US-based SDR building outbound pipelines and booking qualified meetings for fintech/compliance software. Reports to Head of Sales; targets financial institutions and fintechs.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into target accounts across financial institutions, fintechs, cross-border payment providers, marketplaces, and stablecoin companies.
- Build and execute personalized outreach sequences via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
- Research and qualify prospects to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
- Book and coordinate meetings for Account Executives, ensuring strong handoff.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking in CRM.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales on account targeting and outbound strategy.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated success booking meetings with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Strong familiarity with fintech, regtech, or compliance software is a plus.
- Highly coachable with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Based in the US, with the ability to travel occasionally for team and client events.
- Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot CRM.
