Responsibilities

  • Design and operationalize repeatable workflows for loyalty and revenue-generating programs
  • Develop performance analysis and reporting that deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Implement lightweight systems for hardware and inventory tracking and reconciliation
  • Contribute to CRM optimization, data integrity, and reporting accuracy
  • Support and execute ad hoc initiatives to advance new revenue opportunities

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, revenue ops, analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn messy data into clear insights
  • Comfort working with Claude Code, SQL, CRMs (HubSpot strongly preferred), Google Sheets, and reporting tools (e.g., Metabase)
  • Technically savvy; coding or scripting experience (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript) is a strong plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
  • Ability to both build systems and execute within them
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment; proactive, resourceful, and willing to "grab the ball"

  • Prior experience working with restaurants or hospitality operators
  • Experience with loyalty programs, rewards systems, or partner-funded promotions

Compensation

  • Target hourly rate: $35-$45/hour (6-month contract, potential for extension)
