Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and implement tools and processes to support flawless execution of day-to-day responsibilities.
- Protect revenue by identifying and correcting process errors.
- Daily management of availability and market offers across capacity, operating reserves, and economic products.
- Manage process to request and submit interval usage data to support full customer lifecycle, including enrollment, performance calculations, and settlement.
- Ensure performance calculations are successful and timely for all products.
Qualifications
