About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Implementation, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to drive pilot execution from planning through to delivery and evaluation.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive project plans, ensuring all key deliverables are met while providing transparent updates on challenges, risks, and project status.
  • Evaluate project progress continuously, integrating client feedback to inform and drive process improvements and enhancements.
  • Own enterprise implementation readiness, including migrations, permissions, templates, and configurations.
  • Lead post-launch follow-through to ensure issues are identified, resolved, and learned from.
  • Use SQL and internal tools to analyze product usage, adoption, and workflow health.
  • Own feedback loop conversations, synthesizing data across multiple channels such as call snippets, Datadog, support tickets, surveys, and more—acting as the Voice of the Customer to drive short- and long-term improvements.
  • Build and scale product operations processes, including monitoring, issue resolution, and ongoing support operations.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in product operations, management consulting, banking, or related operational roles in high-growth tech companies.
  • Deep analytical experience, SQL proficiency.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong written communication skills, including specs and process documentation.
  • High attention to detail with strong ownership and follow-through.
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $110,000 - $175,000.
